The Reagan-Udall Foundation for the FDA is an independent 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, created by Congress in the Food and Drug Administration Amendments Act of 2007 (FDAAA 2007). Below are the statutory language that created the Foundation and the Foundation By-laws.
