Board Votes to Adopt Changes to Reagan-Udall Foundation By-Laws
On October 15, the Reagan-Udall Foundation Board, by a vote of 8 to 0, amended the Foundation Bylaws related to meeting and voting procedures. These changes follow a comprehensive review of these procedures in the Bylaws and the other legal requirements in this area. The proposed changes clarify previously ambiguous language in the Bylaws concerning meetings involving and action taken by the Board.
The Board deemed this amendment appropriate as it merely clarifies what is already in the Bylaws, with the changes’ overall goal of improving RUF’s operational efficiency.
