Patient Voice in Rare Disease Medical Product Development

Hybrid Public Meeting
October 16, 2026 | 1-5pm (eastern)

The Foundation, in collaboration with the FDA, will convene a hybrid public meeting to explore the patient voice in rare disease medical product development (biologic, drug, and device). The meeting will explore where the patient voice is sought across the development timeline, its impact, and additional opportunities for patients to engage in the product development process. Insights from these discussions will help inform recommendations for product developers and regulators to consider as they advance patient-centered approaches in their work.

This is a hybrid event with options to attend virtually or in person at the FDA White Oak Campus located at 10903 New Hampshire Ave., Bldg. 31 Conference Center, Great Room, Silver Spring, MD. Please use the buttons below to register to attend.
